Are fuel prices updated in real time?
Fuel prices come from the French government's public database. Each price includes the date of its latest update, corresponding to the most recent declaration made by the fuel station.
Why do some prices seem outdated?
Update frequency depends on each fuel station. Some stations update their prices several times a day, while others do so less frequently.
Are the displayed prices guaranteed?
Fuel prices are provided for information purposes only. Although they come from an official public source, prices may change between updates.
Where does the data come from?
The information displayed in Essenciel comes from public fuel price data published by the French authorities.
Why can't I find a particular fuel station?
Some fuel stations may be temporarily unavailable in the public database or may not offer the fuel type you are searching for.
Can I use the app without enabling location services?
Yes. You can search for a city or browse the map without sharing your location. However, enabling location services allows Essenciel to quickly find nearby fuel stations.
Why does the app request access to my location?
Your location is used solely to display nearby fuel stations. It is never stored or transmitted to SOREHA.
Is the application free?
Yes. Essenciel is completely free to use.
